In order to obtain updated information in real time, the CMMS software recommends a working hours recording at the end of each phase of the work and at least once a day.
Each technician or worker accesses the pointing menu to inform about his hours worked and possibly useful remarks. When a job is completed, it will be marked with “V” in the appropriate box.
At each point, as the work is completed, the information is transmitted to the general planning screen and the colored bar corresponding to the hours to be dispensed changes color.
At the end of his work, the technician also informs the parts consumed using the screen opposite. It can either simply validate the choice that was made during the preparation, or modify it depending on the actual use of spare parts.
